The Zeta Chapter House is a duplex near 23rd & Kasold. The garage was knocked out in favor or having a basement, and the basement was taken over and finished to provide the two extra bedrooms on either side. The wall in the basement was also knocked out to provide a link between sides. The basement serves as a chapter room for ceremonies, and a hoppin dance floor for those late night masquerades.
